You will work with stakeholders across IT to shape roadmaps, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, reliable systems in a hybrid work environment. This full-time role emphasizes technical leadership and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Seven years of Salesforce implementation, configurations, and customization experience.
• Seven years of experience designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions.
• Five years of experience in Salesforce Solutions and Architecture Design/Development methodologies.
• Five years of experience as an analyst in a technology environment using software design processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and IT teams to define roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover challenges and goals.
• Design, develop, and document enterprise application plans and architectures.
• Mentor developers and provide technical support to end-users.
• Ensure scalable, reliable architectures and oversee software design reviews.
