Job summary

EY Studio+ Senior Consultant role focused on Sales Transformation. You will support or lead analyses, deliver client engagements, and design end‑to‑end sales capabilities across lead‑to‑cash processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

Role requires 3+ years in consulting or related functions, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%. Hybrid work model with global client exposure and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry function focused on commercial roles.
• Experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and mature judgment in internal and client-facing settings.
• Experience delivering work in core consulting competencies (workshop planning, research, current state assessment, gap analysis, roadmap).
• Advanced analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills with ability to frame business issues.
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; ability to build teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid passport and US driver's license; willing to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external research on leading practices for B2C and B2B sales organizations.
• Lead client stakeholder interviews to understand the business landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document sales processes and the enabling technology that supports each process.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the assessment and implementation of enterprise sales technology platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, CPQ tools, CLM tools).
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in sales operating models, customer experience, sales technologies, and AI.
