Job summary
American Family Insurance is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to recruit sales-focused talent, including insurance agents, and serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders. You will attract, assess, and appoint top performers who drive business growth and customer success.
You'll build proactive pipelines, source passive candidates, and leverage modern recruiting platforms such as Workday Recruiting, Beamery, and LinkedIn Recruiter to strengthen agency sales talent pools.
Qualifications
- Candidate sourcing experience, including sales talent recruitment.
- Ability to build pipelines and relationships with sales leaders.
- Experience using recruiting technologies and data to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders to understand recruiting needs and plans.
- Build pipelines of agency sales talent through proactive sourcing and referrals.
- Develop strategies to attract top agency sales candidates in competitive markets.
- Offer market insights and recruiting recommendations to leadership.
- Source, screen, interview and assess candidates with strong candidate experience.
- Leverage recruiting tech to improve pipeline health and outcomes.
- Represent American Family at events and talent initiatives.
