Job summary

American Family Insurance, based in Madison, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to recruit sales-focused talent (insurance agents). You will partner with sales leaders to attract, assess, and appoint top agency sales professionals who drive business growth and customer success.

You will report to a senior manager, talent acquisition, and use Workday, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates, build proactive pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Strong background in candidate sourcing and recruiting.
• Experience recruiting sales talent in competitive markets.
• Sourcing passive candidates and developing proactive talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with sales leaders to understand recruiting needs, workforce plans, and talent market dynamics.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of agency sales talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent community engagement.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify and attract top agency sales candidates in competitive markets.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, candidate insights, and recruiting recommendations.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Leverage recruiting technologies, data, and talent intelligence platforms to improve outcomes and pipeline health.
• Represent American Family at recruiting events, industry networking opportunities, and talent initiatives.
• Develop relationships with associations, universities, and external talent communities to strengthen long-term pipelines.
• Utilize Workday, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and nurture candidates.
