Job summary

RRD is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive packaging, labeling, and supply chain solutions in the Raleigh area. You will engage clients via phone and virtual meetings to present our offerings and coordinate strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities include market research, lead qualification, and building forecasts. You will record all touchpoints in the CRM, work cross-functionally, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting all sort of packaging, labels (eg. UV thermal coated, RFID labels, etc), and supply chain solutions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs.
• B2B Sales Experience Preferred
• Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience is preferred

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $50,000 - $150,000. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
