IQ Fiber is hiring a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for our sales organization across Residential, Community Development, and Commercial markets. You will partner with sales leaders to forecast needs, build an always-on pipeline for field sales, and drive a fast, compliant hiring process that brings top talent into IQ Fiber.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, structured interviews, and timely compensation decisions, with an onsite location in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sales roles
• Proven success managing high-volume requisitions across multiple locations
• Experience in telecommunications or high-growth multi-market business is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across Residential, Community Development, Commercial, and Sales Ops
• Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
• Maintain an always-on pipeline for field sales roles and open territories
• Run targeted searches for Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives
• Build market-specific sourcing strategies and write compelling job postings
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback
• Coach managers on structured interviewing and offer processes
• Complete compensation analysis for offers and secure approvals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding handoff
• Track recruitment metrics and report risks/opportunities
• Ensure compliance across multi-state hiring
