Job summary

IQ Fiber in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Community Development Manager for New Residential Construction to establish IQ Fiber as the preferred internet provider in new developments, engaging homebuilders, land developers, and master-planned communities early in the lifecycle.

You will build a forward-looking pipeline, collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure fiber deployment and resident adoption from day one, and travel about 30% to support field initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on sales or business development in telecom, fiber, or related industries.
• Established relationships with residential homebuilders, land developers, or master-planned communities is a significant plus.
• Experience negotiating infrastructure or service agreements across business, legal, and engineering dimensions.
• B2B sales background; experience with construction, real estate, or municipal permitting processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage homebuilders, land developers, and developers to secure fiber Right of Entry agreements.
• Build and maintain a minimum 3-year pipeline of new residential opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to align construction timelines and network design for new developments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive subscriber acquisition as communities come online.
• Negotiate and manage Right of Entry agreements through buildout and retention.
