Job summary

Vector Media in Los Angeles is seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator to support the national sales team. You will research target accounts, prepare impactful presentations, and develop customized idea decks and media proposals.

You’ll manage ongoing campaigns and assist with post-campaign recap reports while writing effectively for client communications. The role requires 1–3 years in media planning, strong writing, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years media planning experience (any media format).
• Exemplary written communications skills, including the ability to succinctly articulate marketing/media concepts.
• Advanced computer skills including PowerPoint & Excel, internet research, social media and CRM programs like Salesforce and Tableau.
• Project management capabilities with attention to detail across multiple stakeholders.
• The desire for a career in sales, partnerships, or marketing.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and prepare in-depth research documents to help sales directors obtain appointments with senior decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Ensure sales team has required materials and support information for prospecting efforts and client/agency meetings; create custom media plans and decks, organize inventory, coordinate tech involvement.
• Compile and analyze qualitative/quantitative data; synthesize insights into sales/marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to assist with sales and retention efforts; plan and implement sales production projects and track campaign phases.
• Operate as a core team member to build a scalable U.S. function with best practices.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
