Job summary

The House of Creed, part of International Cosmetics and Perfumes, is seeking a Specialist, Sales Planning in New York, NY. This full-time hybrid role partners with the sales administration function to forecast accurately and balance the art and science of planning.

You will analyze key metrics, manage collateral forecasting, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, and Field teams to execute priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 2–3 years related experience in beauty or fashion
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Analytical ability and understanding of data impacts planning
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain collateral forecasts across all styles and sales channels
• Manage collateral categories including testers, samples, gift boxes, ribbons, tissue paper, and other POS materials
• Own the collateral budget and monitor spend across all distribution channels
• Analyze sales trends, historical usage, inventory levels, and priorities to develop data-driven forecasts
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, and Field teams
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure POs are processed and shipped on time
• Maintain inventory and collateral plans to support marketing initiatives and product launches
• Monitor collateral SKU list and inventory availability to prevent shortages
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure adequate collateral inventory
• Communicate collateral orders to Field teams and General Managers
• Manage monthly damages process with select accounts
