Alan is building a global business strategy team and we are hiring across multiple regions. In this role you will own strategic projects, work with senior leaders to shape the business plan, and translate plans into actionable initiatives.

You will build dashboards and models, monitor metrics such as payback, LTV, CAC, and enable the Sales and Account Management teams with analytics and training. This is a global, high-impact position within a fast-growing company focused on prevention and care.

Competenze

• Experience leading medium to large scale strategic projects in business planning and operations.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and resource allocation decisions.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Go-to-Market teams.

Mansioni

• Own medium to large scale/complexity projects on the Business Planning and Strategy area.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define the business plan and allocate resources.
• Develop dashboards and models with the data team to monitor targets and payback metrics.
• Frame quarterly plan adjustments and support senior leadership board preparations.
