Responsibilities

• Engage with sales team and customers daily about quotes, BMAs, transfers, relocation, authorization codes and changes to contracts.
• Record and update customer records.
• Manage sales agreements.
• Learn and navigate CRM, Quoting and ERP systems used by the company.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and communicate progress.
