• Coach the Sales Manager team off discounting and onto value selling
• Feed sales the Decision Making signals that say a buyer is ready now
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
• Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling
• Line up the mission-driven sponsorships that put Kohls in front of buyers
