Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation invites applications for a Sales Manager specializing in White Oils and specialty products. The role is home-based in Texas, reporting to the Director of Sales, and involves high-level sales, business development, and strategic planning for Sonneborn, LLC under HF Sinclair.

You will drive long-term growth across multiple brands and markets, coordinating with chemists, R&D, and operations.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years in Petrochemical account management with B2B sales.
Strong technical knowledge and market understanding required.
Experience in sales of specialty chemicals or white oils preferred.
Post-secondary education required; MBA/engineering/chemistry backgrounds valued.

Responsibilities

Contacts existing and prospective customers, distributors and builds relationships at all levels.
Coordinates with Sales and Segment Marketing to meet goals and objectives.
Identifies new/specialized products for client needs and markets.
Develops long-term sales plans and pricing strategies.
Maintains accurate forecast and analyzes pricing/volume trends.
Executes RFIs/RFQs and negotiates contracts; prepares complex proposals.
Collaborates with R&D and production teams for product approvals.
