Qualifications

• 8+ years in Transportation, Truck Leasing, or Rental Sales with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in building and scaling sales processes and driving performance.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency; familiarity with Concur and Enrich preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute sales strategies, territory design, and quota planning.
• Lead annual sales planning including forecasting, headcount, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with executives to align goals with company objectives.
• Design and manage rental and sales incentive programs and compensation structures.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for Rental, Lease, and Sales performance.
• Oversee Salesforce and other sales tools adoption and data integrity.
