Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Transportation, Truck Leasing, or Rental Sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in building and scaling sales processes, managing CRM platforms, and driving sales performance.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Concur and Enrich preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Define, develop, and execute sales strategies, territory design, and quota planning.
• Lead annual sales planning including forecasting and headcount budgeting.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align goals with company objectives.
• Design and manage Rental and Sales incentive compensation programs.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for Rental, Lease, and Sales performance.
• Monitor trends, provide insights, and drive accountability and improvements.
• Standardize sales workflows and drive adoption of Salesforce and related tools.
• Oversee onboarding and training to ensure team proficiency with sales systems.
