• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain portion of the S&OP / Integrated Business Planning process.
• Facilitate alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Present demand assumptions, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams.
• Support executive decision-making through scenario analysis and recommendations.
• Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards.
• Drive automation and advanced analytics adoption.
