You will own your area of responsibility, partner with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales, and drive strategic initiatives using advanced analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics
• Applied Mathematics or Statistics, Finance, Economics
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Empower the business to make decisions through analytics and reporting.
• Shared ownership of category/brand lane forecasts and results.
• Integration into cross-functional meetings to ensure product, strategy, and market knowledge.
• Gather, analyze, report, and recommend actions related to customer demand, inventory availability and item-level forecasting.
• Integrate customer POS data and forecasts into the master forecast.
• Analyze gaps between top-down and bottom-up forecasts.
• Champion Sales or Operations process improvement projects.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
• Track non-recurring demand events like promotions and closeouts; record promotional activities.
• Analyze forecasting accuracy and take actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, engineering, and marketing to share insights.
