Job summary

Sportsman’s Warehouse is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting, inventory planning, and Open-to-Buy processes in a cross-functional environment with Planners, Buyers, Allocation Analysts, and Directors across Camping, Hunting, Fishing, Apparel/Footwear, and Shooting.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical background, expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, and financial planning, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead a planning team to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and Open-to-Buy management.
• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide regular OTB reporting and inventory position updates.
• Coach and develop planning team members.
