Qualifications

• Experience in roofing and/or construction is preferred, training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to conduct job site visits as part of the role.
• Must be able to climb ladders on a repetitive basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for roofing projects and submit bids.
• Analyze bids to determine which will benefit the company.
• Ensure processes are followed from pre-bid until handoff meeting.
• Draft communication for General Contractors and private clients.
• Consult with clients and vendors to develop accurate estimates.

Skills

Roofing and/or construction experience

Strong math aptitude

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Valid driver's license
