Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or construction.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal, and Coatings.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Conduct roof inspections and site visits when required.

Skills

Estimating experience in commercial roofing
