Job summary

DT Midstream is seeking a Road Permit Engineer II to support pipeline construction and maintenance by securing and managing permits for work in roadways and rights‑of‑way. You will ensure compliance with municipal, county, and state regulations while collaborating with engineering, environmental and field teams.

Responsibilities include submitting permits for crossings and closures, coordinating with transportation agencies, reviewing plans for accuracy, and maintaining thorough permit

Qualifications

• 3 years of job-related experience in permitting, utility coordination or construction support.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with local or state agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track permits for road crossings, lane closures, excavations and traffic control.
• Coordinate with city, county, and state DOTs to obtain right-of-way access and approvals.
• Review drawings and traffic plans for permitting accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed permit records and respond to agency comments.
• Support field teams by communicating permit conditions and approved work hours.
