The role may lead projects and provide training to staff. The position emphasizes readiness for audits, regulatory requirements, and continuous quality improvement across clinic locations in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing or related field.
• Three years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in regulated healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess incidents, complaints, safety concerns, emergencies, and operational issues.
• Conduct complex investigations and identify root causes and gaps.
• Coordinate risk assessments, data analysis, and trend identification.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support regulatory readiness and corrective-action programs.
• Provide training and peer support to staff on risk management processes.
