Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Line Risk Manager to embed risk expertise into GA&O business decisions and programs. You will coordinate SOX requirements, partner with risk teams, and guide management with practical risk oversight.

The role emphasizes strong executive communication, risk judgment, and project leadership within a regulated financial services environment. Onsite presence is required three days or more per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of applicable experience in risk management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Embed risk expertise into business decisions and initiatives.
• Act as SOX Coordinator, coordinating documentation and tests.
• Liaise between business line and risk program teams to simplify requirements.
• Train partners on SOX requirements and support control testing.
