U.S. Bank seeks a Business Risk Professional to partner with business lines in building and maintaining a risk management framework that is transparent, credible and timely. You will help identify gaps, inform solutions and support governance across multiple risk categories.

The role requires collaboration with Line of Business leaders, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to regulatory and compliance matters within a large financial services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of applicable experience.
• Intermediate understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the assigned Line of Business to create, implement, maintain or review an effective risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
• Actively identify, respond and escalate risks as appropriate and inform policies to maximize profit potential and minimize regulatory exposure.
