Job summary

Turner Enterprises Management, LLC in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Risk Manager to oversee risk management, insurance programs, and contract administration. The role collaborates with leadership, brokers, carriers, and legal counsel to protect assets and reduce exposures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance administration, contract administration, claims management, legal coordination, or related business function.
• Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Experience managing or supporting claims, including incident reporting, documentation, investigations, reserve monitoring, return-to-work coordination, and claim resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to review, draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, agreements, waivers, releases, and related legal or business documents.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk transfer concepts, including indemnification, insurance requirements, limitation of liability, waivers, releases, notice provisions, and compliance obligations.
• This position requires operation of vehicles, and you’ll need to possess a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Your driving record will need to meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company’s insurance provider.
• You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.

Responsibilities

• Administer risk management and insurance programs across property, casualty, workers’ compensation, auto, and specialty lines.
• Coordinate renewals, submissions, policy reviews, audits, certificates of insurance, broker communications, and insurance budget tracking.
• Evaluate risks and provide recommendations to reduce exposure and support sound business decisions.
• Review certificates of insurance, vendor insurance compliance, and contractual insurance requirements to ensure appropriate coverage and risk transfer protections.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation, liability, auto, and property claims; incident reporting and investigations.
• Support loss prevention, workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Review, prepare, coordinate, and administer contracts and related documents; ensure indemnification and risk transfer protections.
• Manage contract lifecycle: execution, recordkeeping, renewals, amendments, notices, compliance, repository.
• Communicate risk considerations to management.
