Qualifications

• Nine years of experience and/or education related to emergency management, risk and policy
• Experience leading agency-wide emergency management and COOP processes
• Ability to evaluate policies and business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience coordinating cross-agency and external partners to strengthen preparedness and resilience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate long-range planning, analysis, and process improvement to support agency readiness.
• Develop and maintain Emergency Management and COOP plans across programs.
• Provide recommendations on emergency management, enterprise risk, and operational planning to leadership.
