Meta's Risk, Monitoring and Controls (RMC) team seeks a driven Risk and Control Manager to translate risk frameworks into practical operating routines. You will interface with Policy, Legal, Engineering and external developers, conducting recurring audits and driving remediation.

Qualifikationen

• Communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences as well as communicating effectively with executives
• 4+ years of proven project management experience
• Experience managing, influencing, and driving strategic solutions across multiple teams including technical teams
• Experience operating effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity
• 4+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience
• Experience with automation deployment and understanding of automation technologies
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
• Audit experience
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Developer experience or familiarity with Meta's developer platform products (e.g., Graph API, Meta Login, Meta Business SDK)
• Experience in public relations, legal support, or policy creation
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices

Aufgaben

• The Risk and Control Manager will conduct recurring audits across monitoring tactics to identify potential violations of policies.
• Interface with internal teams such as Policy, Legal, Engineering, and other Meta Investigation teams, as well as external developers using our platforms.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to surface issues and drive remediation.
