Job summary

Meta is seeking a Governance Risk & Control Manager to lead a team within the Finance Governance Center of Excellence. You will partner with Finance stakeholders to assess and mitigate systems and process risks, focusing on ITGCs, SOX readiness, access control, and automated controls across financial platforms.

You will scale a governance function, develop talent, and apply responsible AI practices while communicating complex risk to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT/systems risk management, IT or internal audit, or risk advisory.
• Experience leading teams across multiple concurrent work streams.
• Experience with risk assessment and control design for financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of risk and controls professionals.
• Collaborate with Finance BPOs, Enterprise Products, and Internal Audit to assess and mitigate risks.
• Oversee ITGCs, SOX readiness, access control, and change management.
