Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in contract review, risk management, or insurance compliance in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience collaborating with project operations, insurance brokers, insurers, and legal teams.
• Strong understanding of different insurance coverages.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual insurance requirements for compliance.
• Negotiate contracts with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support Project Managers with contractual risk assessments.
