Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and manage safety, schedule, and budget for food/ beverage process facilities across the USA and Canada. The role blends field leadership with project administration and requires strong communication with owners, subs, and A/E teams.

The candidate will oversee cost management, change orders, permitting, and documentation while traveling to project sites, and will mentor junior team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science or related field preferred.
• Design-build experience on industrial projects strongly preferred.
• Proficiency reading construction documents, schedules and budgets.
• Strong technical, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work a 10/4 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-to-large industrial projects on site and in office.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, budgeting and scope.
• Administer contracts, change orders, and project reporting.
• Promote site safety programs and maintain client relations.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and coordinate field engineering.
