Responsibilities include auditing and monitoring operations, conducting investigations, training, risk reporting to senior management and the Board, and partnering with Legal and Risk Operations to triage issues while upholding the highest integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles
  • 5 years in compliance, privacy, government affairs, healthcare operations, risk, audit, or legal functions
  • 3 years in a leadership or management role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on enterprise risk strategy and align with the framework.
  • Implement and maintain an effective compliance and risk program for the supported entities, including education, training, and audits.
  • Provide proactive guidance to senior management and prepare reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Monitor Risk Operations activities using standard metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk Operations to triage risk and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
