Job summary

Park City Credit Union in Merrill, WI seeks a Risk and Compliance Manager to oversee Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management. You will lead the Compliance and Audit team and coordinate internal and external audits.

Reporting to the CFO, you will interpret regulatory requirements, develop policies and training, drive enterprise risk programs, and serve as Security Officer and BSA/OFAC Officer. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, compliance, or risk management.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to protect confidential member and Credit Union information.
• Leadership to guide, coach, and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Serve as lead compliance officer for deposit, consumer, and mortgage lending.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and implement policies, procedures, and training.
• Drive enterprise risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Act as Security Officer and BSA/OFAC Officer.
