Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) team is seeking an Institutional RFP Content Manager to curate and maintain our content library used to support high-quality RFIs and RFPs.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, manage review cycles, and drive efficiency through taxonomy, templates, and workflows across large proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing background, with experience preferred in the RFP/RFI space and/or financial services.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders
• Results-driven and passionate about contributing to the firm’s growth
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of experience preferred
• Proficiency in RFP response software (e.g., Loopio)

Responsibilities

• Curating, organizing and updating our content library to help facilitate our responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Working with teammates and subject-matter experts to make sure information is updated, accurate and easy to understand
• Establish and manage content review cycles, including periodic SME validation, expiration tracking, version control, approval workflows, and archival of outdated content
• Review submissions to evaluate new additions/updates to content library
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency through content taxonomy, metadata, tagging, templates, response automation, and workflow discipline
• Ensuring accuracy and stylistic consistency in our proposal language
• Collaborating with our Risk team to keep content compliant with regulatory requirements
• Supporting project management as needed for large proposals
