Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Institutional RFP Content Manager within the ICS Communications team to develop, organize, and maintain our RFP content library, ensuring language is clear, concise, and up to date.

You will work with subject-matter experts, manage reviews and versioning, and help optimize proposal workflows to support business development while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing background, with RFP/RFI experience preferred.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Results-driven and growth-focused mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Curating, organizing and updating our content library to respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborating with teammates and SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Manage content review cycles, version control, and archival of outdated content.
• Review submissions to evaluate updates to the content library.
• Improve proposal efficiency through taxonomy, tagging, templates, and workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in proposal language.
• Collaborate with Risk to keep content compliant.
• Support project management for large proposals.
