Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 7–10 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 5–7 years of related experience.
• Understanding of ROI, GM, R&D spend and contribution margin.

Responsibilities

• Work with PMMs, PMEs, product line managers and engineers to drive projects.
• Assign resources across departments to meet objectives.
• Drive execution to complete project objectives.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and charters.
• Document status and gaps using project-tracking tools.
• Ensure deliverables meet coverage and quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering Test to assign test resources.
• Prepare documentation for compliance audits.
• Close projects per established procedures.
