You will translate commercial strategy into actionable revenue plans, deliver performance insights, and influence investment decisions. You’ll manage a small team and partner with Sales, Finance, BI, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue planning processes to inform annual budgets, growth assumptions, sales goals, and priorities.
• Design and evolve sales incentive and quota frameworks aligned with growth.
• Develop scalable insights into revenue performance for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Own day-to-day management of the Revenue Planning and Insights team, coaching and prioritization.
