Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking a results-driven Revenue Manager to maximize lodging revenue across our portfolio. This role leads pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution strategy to optimize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and total revenue.

The Revenue Manager will monitor pace, pickup, and market conditions, translating data into effective pricing decisions. This on-site role supports strategy development at our Overland Park, KS corporate office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel, resort, or multi-property revenue management experience preferred.
• Experience managing revenue strategy across multiple properties or markets.
• Strong knowledge of ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, pace, pickup, forecasting, booking windows, and yield management.
• Experience with OTA and third-party distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop property-specific strategies to maximize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and total revenue.
• Manage daily pricing and revenue strategy across multiple lodging properties.
• Monitor booking pace, demand trends, competition, and market conditions.
• Implement dynamic pricing based on seasonality and demand.
• Optimize inventory across distribution channels and channels mix.
