Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Washington state seeks a Manager of Revenue Analytics to lead financial analysis, payer contract modeling, reimbursement reporting and contract management. You will supervise analytics staff and optimize reimbursement capture to support negotiations, budgeting, and operational decisions.

The role collaborates with contracting, finance, revenue cycle, patient accounts and patient access to shape strategy across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; in lieu of a graduate degree, 10+ years of relevant healthcare, reimbursement, financial analysis, payer contracting, revenue cycle, decision support, or related experience may be considered
• Five (5) years' experience in healthcare required, including significant experience in specialized areas identified above
• Three (3) years previous supervisory experience in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee payer contract modeling, reimbursement analysis, and contract management activities to support accurate expected reimbursement and organizational financial objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop analyst staff, including workload prioritization, project assignment, performance management, training, hiring, and corrective action as appropriate.
• Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and reporting to support payer contracting strategy, negotiations, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Serve as an internal reimbursement and financial reporting consultant to Payor Contracting, Finance, Revenue Cycle and other operational leaders.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of contract management systems, reporting tools, and related processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reimbursement visibility.
• Monitor payer contract changes, reimbursement trends, compliance requirements, and revenue cycle impacts; communicate risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to leadership.
