Qualifications

• Expertise in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans.

• Experience managing vendor relationships and implementing benefit systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
• Provide project management and technical oversight for mergers and design changes.
• Support ERISA audits, SOX control reviews, and compliance filings.
• Assist Senior Manager with process improvements and design enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to integrate retirement services with wellness programs.
• Manage SAP payroll, HRIS, and vendor systems to meet program objectives.
• Develop relationships and coach team members to align contributions with goals.
• Foster a work environment reflecting Disney values and collaborative problem-solving.
