Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Manager, Retirement Programs to lead the administration of Qualified and Non-Qualified Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. You will provide project management, oversee vendor systems, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements across retirement programs to support Disney employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in retirement programs and benefits administration.
• Experience with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data extraction from ERP/data warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
• Provide project management and technical oversight for plan changes and mergers.
• Support ERISA audits, control reviews, and compliance filings.
• Recommend process improvements and design simplifications.
• Integrate retirement plan services with other health and wellness programs.
• Manage internal and external systems (SAP payroll, HRIS, vendor systems).
