Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Manager (Retail Operations) for a fully on-site role in Plano, TX to plan, direct, and coordinate non-IT projects across retail accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or project management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and PMI/PMP certification preferred. This position offers on-site collaboration and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and experience in managing and developing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with detailed plans and manage integration of activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand for feasibility.
• Discuss project specifications and procedures with management and staff.
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
