Digital & Instore Media Company is seeking an Account Leader to drive growth with Kroger and other strategic customers, expanding a book of business and delivering results across digital and in-store campaigns.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, and Finance to tailor solutions, leveraging data to craft compelling selling stories and forecast opportunities with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods (CPG) industry, preferably in advertising or sales promotion agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with high-profile retail clients (e.g., Kroger).
• Data-driven selling using insights and forecasting to craft tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a book of business, managing relationships with key decision-makers at Kroger and top retail clients.
• Lead development and execution of tailored digital and in-store campaigns with data-backed rationales.
• Pursue new business opportunities and showcase Omni capabilities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, and Finance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide proactive reporting and forecasting on opportunities, status, and closed deals.
