HDR is seeking a strategic-minded Resources Business Group Data Steward to define, share, and reuse data across the Business Group. The role focuses on making data simpler, more useful, and connected to HDR's business processes.

The position reports to the Resources Technology Director with cross‑functional collaboration with HDR Data Operations and the Technology Leadership Team. It is a leadership role within HDR's employee‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership in change management and data.
• Experience providing data-focused solutions to an organization.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RBG data point of contact and SME for terms with context.
• Develop data glossaries for key engineering and technical terms.
• Promote consistent use of data formats, access, and quality.
• Lead governance of externally sourced datasets and lifecycle.
