Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking a Resource Manager to support business line leaders in staffing decisions, optimize billable utilization, and align staffing with financial targets. You will review under-utilized employees and redeploy them to Nordic engagements.

In this role you will index and deploy talent, develop reporting on utilization, forecasts, and capacity, and collaborate with Talent and Hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of resource management or staffing experience; consulting preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy salaried Nordic employees to keep utilization aligned with goals.
• Support enterprise staffing framework across the organization.
• Develop procedures for utilization management and share with teams.
• Advise business lines on staffing and utilization decisions.
• Identify soon-available resources (2–3 weeks).
• Create and share reports on utilization, forecasts, variance and capacity.
• Analyze data to forecast utilization, availability, and scheduling conflicts.
• Suggest process improvements for project control and operations.
• Collaborate with Talent and Hiring teams during onboarding.
• Forecast current and upcoming resources for cross-team staffing.
