Job summary

UNS Energy Corporation in Tucson, AZ seeks an Enterprise Resource Assessment & Capacity Manager to lead enterprise resource planning and capacity management. You will partner with PMOs, portfolio teams, Finance, and HR to collect, analyze, and translate capacity data into actionable leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in resource/workforce/portfolio planning or PMO.
Experience with enterprise data, dashboards, and executive presentations.
PMI-PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate RAM adoption across business functions and collect data.
Develop resource forecasts and scenario analyses for planning.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and leadership-ready insights.
Identify capacity risks, bottlenecks, and remediation options.
Collaborate with PMOs, Finance, HR and strategy teams.
