Skillis is partnering with a leading organization to drive a pivotal operational rollout. We seek a strategic leader to shape capacity planning, real-time insights, and demand-driven reporting across multiple delivery teams.

You will deliver executive dashboards, manage change initiatives, and craft a playbook to hand off a scalable model to the client. Immediate start with coordination across U.S. time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational planning, resource management, or PMO leadership.
• Analytical capacity modeling across multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Executive communication with concise, high-impact reporting to C-suite.
• Availability for an October 26, 2026 start with overlap in U.S. Eastern and Central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capacity Planning & Modeling across creative, data, strategy, and production teams.
• Drive risk identification and real-time capacity insights.
• Deliver executive daily reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide change management support across delivery teams.
• Develop model playbook and handoff for ongoing delivery teams.
