Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. seeks a Senior Budget Analyst to support the NGA Program, Office, Directorate, and Staff with planning, programming, budgeting and execution activities.

You will analyze financial data, prepare briefings, and assist in resource allocations for multiple offices. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a business-related field and 12 years of relevant IC/DOD experience, with TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 12 years of relevant experience in budget/finance/resource management within IC or DoD.
• Or demonstrated specialized DoD budgetary/finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience justifying/defending programs and budgets.
• Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

Responsibilities

• Assist the Government with financial management operations and budget analysis.
• Monitor and coordinate program resource allocations.
• Support NGA program meetings and briefings.
• Develop and publish budget exhibits (IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, President’s Budget).
• Prepare Congressional testimonies and briefing materials.
• Prepare NGA briefing materials and responses to inquiries from ODNI/OSD/OMB.
• Create PowerPoint/white paper briefings for senior leadership.
• Support mid-year and end-of-year execution reviews.
• Analyze budget and execution data.
• Use spreadsheet, database, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Provide deliverables including minutes and CBJB/CJB narratives.
