The candidate will prepare, monitor, and update program requirements and spend plans, and maintain budget tracking at program and project levels. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with six years of experience or a high school diploma with ten years, strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and ability to work independently and communicate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline with 6 years of relevant work experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze situations using analytical techniques to make well informed decisions.
• Effective communication across audiences; ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; pivot tables and macros.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, monitor, and update program requirements and spend plans.
• Maintain budget tracking at the program and project level.
• Support formulation and review of budget estimates for initiatives.
• Collaborate to ensure integrity of program data used for analysis.
• Assist in budget exercises and development of text, tables, and exhibits.
