Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential real estate or underwriting experience with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely guidance on residential title underwriting matters, including policy issuance and endorsements.
• Analyze and resolve title defects, curative requirements, and closing issues to facilitate efficient transactions.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and related documentation.
• Evaluate risk and provide underwriting decisions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with agency partners, escrow staff, and internal underwriting teams on transaction matters.
• Assist in developing and delivering educational content, training, and seminars for agents and clients.
• Support implementation of underwriting best practices and promote consistency across operations.
