David Weekley Homes, a leading residential homebuilder, seeks a Land Acquisition Manager to join our San Antonio division. The role focuses on identifying and underwriting land opportunities and managing the full pursuit-to-launch lifecycle.

You will lead negotiations with Land and Legal teams and collaborate with division leaders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential land acquisition, strong financial and negotiation skills, and a degree in real estate, finance or related field.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in residential land acquisition or related field.
• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, and acquire land and lot opportunities to support growth.
• Source deals with division and regional leadership; lead LOIs and contract reviews.
• Evaluate financial pro formas and market data for viability.
• Collaborate with entitlements, finance, and purchasing for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits, market research, and competition studies.
